Bent Wheel & Rim Straightening

A bent wheel can cause vibration, uneven tire wear, air-loss concerns, or difficulty balancing the tire and wheel assembly. Damage may sit on the inner barrel, outer lip, or both.

We inspect the wheel for runout and damage, then use controlled hydraulic straightening techniques when the wheel is considered repairable. Because every damaged wheel is different, structural condition is evaluated before repair — we will tell you honestly if a wheel is not a good candidate.

What Happens In The Shop

  • Visual and runout inspection to locate the bend
  • Hydraulic straightening when structure allows
  • Tire mounting and balancing as needed
  • Road Force balancing on our Hunter GSP9700 when appropriate
