Wheel powder coating built on proper preparation
A durable wheel finish starts below the color coat. We inspect the existing finish and corrosion, determine the preparation required, and build the coating system around the wheel material and the selected color.
Preparation options
Some wheels can be prepared through blasting and refinishing. Wheels with failing coatings, corrosion, or multiple finish layers may need chemical stripping to return the surface to raw metal.
Color and finish selection
We work with wheel-suitable powder colors and clear coats. Actual cured color can vary with substrate, preparation, film thickness, lighting, and the production batch.
Warranty conditions
A 12-month workmanship warranty for peeling, adhesion failure, or flaking applies only when wheels are chemically stripped to raw metal before coating. Sand-and-shoot, overlay, structural, hypersilver, fading, and impact damage are excluded.
Repair policy
Some wheels should
not be repaired.
We refuse unsafe repairs. Cracks in spokes, the wheel face, hub, or lug area require wheel replacement.
- Qualifying inner-barrel cracks are evaluated case by case.
- Bent, crack, and weld repairs carry no structural warranty.
- Hypersilver refinishing is sold as-is because exact matching and future adhesion cannot be guaranteed.
- Chrome face curb rash is not repairable; some chrome barrel damage may qualify after inspection.

That depends on the existing coating and condition. We explain the preparation recommendation after inspection.
Can you guarantee an exact color from a screen photo?
No. Screens and lighting change color appearance. Samples and digital mockups are references rather than exact cured-color guarantees.
